COMPRESSED AIR TREATMENT

Clean and dry air is very important to prolong the life of your air tools and equipment and will save you money on repairs and maintenance too. Compressed air can contain water, oil, dirt and other unwanted particles. There are plenty of options and grades of filtration you can get depending on the quality of air you require. We can suggest options best suited to your requirements.

Most inline filtration I supply have automatic condensate drains and sometimes pressure differential pressure gauge to help determine filter element saturation

 

COMPRESSED AIR DRYER

You cant help it, water is in our air that we are compressing.
First point of separation is in your air receiver. When the air cools in the tank the water fulls to the bottom of the tank and can be drained out but in a lot of cases the air doesn't stay in the tank long enough, so then the moist air carries on into your system.
You can put in water separating filters into the line and these can help in some situations but if the water is still in a gas form, then they can struggle to separate this water.

So the best way to solve this is to put in a Refrigerated or desiccant dryer, we can help you select one right for your air system
