COMPRESSED AIR & FLUID PIPEWORK SYSTEMS

We sell, install and repair compressed air Lines and fluid/oil lines, for workshops and factories in and around the Otago area.

Air lines:

For our new air line installs we use either a thin wall aluminum pipe work system or full stainless steel Europress system, depending on the requirements of the customer.

The advantages of this aluminum piping system is:

  • The pipe has an anodized coating so it is rust and corrosion free.
  • We use push on lock fittings that can be disassembled and reused at any point. They use an o-ring to seal the join and can easily be replaced if a leak was to occur.
  • Smooth internal wall, reducing pressure drop and has good flow efficiency.
  • The pipe is rigid with minimal supports required, so unlike plastic piping it will not start to sag in a hot workshop.
  • This system is very fast and easy to install and can be hung by a single installer, saving expensive labour costs.

The advantages of this Stainless steel Europress piping system is:

  • The stainless steel pipe is rust and corrosion free.
  • The fittings are a crimp fitting with o-ring seal.
  • Smooth internal wall, reducing pressure drop and has good flow efficiency.
  • The pipe is rigid with minimal supports required, so unlike plastic piping it will not start to sag in a hot workshop.
  • This system is fast and easy to install (not as quick as the alloy system) and can be hung by a single installer, saving expensive labour costs.
  • Ideal for in food grade environments.

We also can extend, change and repair other brands and styles of airlines if required.

Fluid lines: (water, oil, waste oil etc.)

We don't only install compressed air lines in workshops and factories, we can also install pipelines to transport

other fluids in your workshop.

The advantage of us being able to install both the Compressed air and fluid lines at the same time, is you don't have to communicate with multiple contractors, all with their own ways they want to run the lines and not working in with each other, making things harder for the next contractor to run their ridged pipe work. We like running all the pipe lines side by side in a way that works out the most cost effective way for the customer, it also looks really good and presentable.
